Jillian’s affinity for massage came at a young age, as the youngest of 6 kids you can imagine all of the back rubs she gave before the age of 18. Being around dancers and various athletes during her adult life, she was always giving massages to help relieve their muscle tension and pain. While studying business administration in college, she sustained a sports injury herself and found the healing effects of chiropractic care. At that point she decided to shift gears and earn a B.S. in Healthcare Administration, with the main goal of working in a chiropractic office. During her time as an assistant manager at Natural Balance, she rediscovered the healing potential of massage therapy and decided it was time to go back to school. In January of 2017, she started her journey to becoming a certified massage therapist at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado and has worked tirelessly to increase her knowledge and refine her skills. The modalities she currently offers are Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular, and she regularly integrates Acupressure and Craniosacral Therapy into her massage. After graduation of her 1st year program, she plans to further her education and earn full certification in Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Craniosacral Therapy.
Jillian's typical schedule at Natural Balance is: Monday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and every other Wednesday 1:00pm-5:00pm.
