Dr. Jessica Young has been freeing people from pain with chiropractic care since 2004. She opened the doors to Natural Balance Integrative Health in 2006 in order to better serve the Stapleton community, which was lacking easy access to wellness care. Dr. Young is committed to promoting the health and well being her patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique and state of the art physiotherapy procedures, Dr. Young is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health. Dr. Young uses multiple chiropractic techniques/tools including Activator, Diversified Manual Adjusting, Thompson Drop Table, and Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT).
Education Dr. Young conducted her undergraduate studies at Colorado State University in Nutritional Science. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with academic honor. She has obtained certification in Physiotherapy from the state of Colorado, and has completed training as an expert in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology from the Spine Research Institute. Dr. Young is certified in Webster Breech Turning Technique and specializes in Prenatal and Perinatal Care of mother and baby.
Background Dr. Young is native to Colorado and grew up in Winter Park. She has been skiing since age 2 and raced downhill for five years. She has five years of experience with athletic training, for high school and college level football, soccer and volleyball. Dr. Young is certified to perform sports entry physicals for middle and high school students. In addition to taking a special interest in Woman's Health, Dr. Young is very familiar with the treatment of many sport related injuries and enjoys working with individuals who are active and motivated to improve their health. Dr. Young's goal is to serve and promote health and wellness through quality chiropractic care and community education.

Born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, Dr. Giana Anselmo’s passion for chiropractic led her to Florida where she obtained her doctorate in chiropractic at Palmer Chiropractic College and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Anselmo received her bachelor’s degree in both integrative physiology and psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dr. Anselmo is certified in Webster Technique for the prenatal population and is in the process of completing a two-year certification program through the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics to further her education in chiropractic for children. Dr. Anselmo uses many soft tissue and chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Logan, Gonstead, and Activator. When she's not helping others with their health, she loves traveling and TV marathons (Broad City and Grey’s Anatomy, especially).

Jill BurkDC, CACCP
Dr. Jill Burk was raised in Spring, TX, a suburb of Houston. In 2001, she was recruited on athletic scholarship, and chose to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for the NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Team. She graduated with a B.A. in History, earning both academic & athletic honors. Dr. Burk graduated at the top of her class from Life University in 2011 with her doctorate in chiropractic, where she played on the women’s soccer team that won gold at the Chiropractic Games 3 consecutive years. During her time at Life University, Dr. Burk accrued over 1500 hours of additional coursework to attain her certification through the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. She is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, certified in the Webster Technique for Breech Fetal Presentation, and specializes in chiropractic care for pediatrics & pregnancy. Dr. Burk has additional training in extremity adjusting with the CCEP and is Board Certified in both chiropractic and physiotherapy through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, holding active licenses in both Colorado and Georgia. Dr. Burk practices a variety of techniques, including Diversified Manual Technique, the Webster Technique for Breech Fetal Presentation, Activator Methods, Thompson Drop Table, Sacro-occipital Technique (SOT), Extremity Adjusting and Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP). She performs soft tissue work while actively adjusting an individual, to make adjustments more effective and to help the body hold adjustments longer with decreased interference. Dr. Burk has read and written thousands of X-ray reports, and has delivered chiropractic adjustments to people of all ages, from newborn to 103 years old! She even adjusted her own sons on the day they were born, as research has shown that 95% of infants have misalignments at birth. Dr. Burk is published in the Annals of Vertebral Subluxation and is actively researching traumatic brain injury and its short and long-term effects. Dr. Burk considers herself an advocate for preventative health and takes great pride in not only helping, but teaching individuals about spinal restoration and maintenance, as well as the simplicity of the nervous system’s many important functions and physiological complexities.

Dr.Tara Ritter, DC
Dr. Tara Ritter was born in New York and grew up in Marlton, New Jersey. She moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology in 1999. Dr. Tara went on to manage a chiropractic office and graduated with honors in 2005, from Northwestern Health Sciences University, with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She then continued her education and completed her acupuncture fellowship through the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture in July 2006 while working as a chiropractor. In the spring of 2002, Dr. Tara was published in the Journal of Chiropractic Education for the research she did while attending the Colorado Chiropractic College. Dr. Tara enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and conditions and uses multiple adjusting and soft tissue techniques. She is committed to improving your overall health and physical wellness.
